Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering

The three-year Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial Engineering (180 Course Credits with mandatory participation) provides students with a sound basic knowledge of engineering thanks to a study plan articulated on three different routes: biomechanical, chemical and industrial.

Industrial Engineering graduates can either work as an Entry Level Engineer or enroll for one of the Master’s Degree Courses offered at the University, namely in Biomedical Engineering or in Chemical Engineering for Sustainable Development. Students may also opt for Master’s Degrees on offer at UCBM for example Engineering Management or Mechanical Engineering.

Through the University & Private Enterprise Committee, the UCBM’s Faculty of Engineering seeks to co-opt companies operating in the engineering and industrial manufacturing sector for the purposes of providing students with internship opportunities. In addition, these companies act as important interlocutors for the academic staff in their aim to offer training programs that are up-to-date and in touch with the reality of the evolving workplace.
