Assistance from registration through to graduation

The Student Administration Department deals with all administration procedures pertaining to the student’s university career, from registration through to graduation, and includes responsibility for the following:

  • managing examinations and all the related procedural matters, from online enrolment through to final ranking and registration
  • managing incoming and outgoing transfers and registrations for second and subsequent years
  • preparation of tax and contribution payment notices and sending out of payment deadline reminders to students via e-mail
  • production and issue of university personal record books and personal identity cards to students
  • tracking students’ career progress and examination results; handling test timetables and informing students about examination date booking methods (online or hardcopy) via the special notice boards
  • supporting students through internships and practical training sessions, with responsibility for dealing with registration and career certificates, and their issue (online or in paper-form)
  • organizing degree sessions and producing the final certificates, as well as producing the specific documents required by the student.

Students can approach the Student Administration Department for assistance and information on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings from 9.30am to 1.00pm, or Tuesday and Thursday afternoons from 3.00pm to 5.00pm.
