Project backgroung
MODES (MODernising higher Education through Soft skills accreditation) is a three years international project promoted and developed by the School for Continuing Education of Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. The project is mainly funded by the Life Long Learning European Plan, sub-program Erasmus, and is related to the European innovation plan of the Higher Education Institutions.
The project main goal is to integrate an innovative soft skills programme in the academic curricula and diploma supplements of European higher education institutions, enriching the students' profile with new employment-oriented competencies (i.e.: "Leadership, "Enterpreneur spirit", "Capacity for generating new ideas (creativity)"). The project involves an important international partnership among European Universities and International Education Institutions.

Handbook on the academic programme on soft skills in four languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, English)

Prototype of a serious game on soft skills in four languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, English);

Website and e-newsletter in four languages (Italian, Spanish, Polish, English);

Final conference for the dissemination of results Impact.
Significant impacts will be:

Students trained according to the companies’ needs and requests

Easier mobility of the students and young professionals within Europe, thanks to the accreditation and mutual recognition of the module
