International students who plan to spend a study period at Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma can rely on assistance from the International Relations Office – IRO. The IRO provides advising to incoming international students, manages exchange programs, provides information about study abroad scholarships and financial aid.
EXCHANGE STUDENTS UCBM has large number of exchange agreements with Universities all around the world. Students from partner Institutions can study at UCBM as exchange students.
Incoming Erasmus students The home University must officially e-mail the International Relations Office of UCBM with the list of the students participating in Lifelong Learning Programme/Erasmus. Incoming students must fill out the online Application form, Europass CV and Learning Agreement. All the documents must be signed and stamped with the official University logo by the person responsible for the Erasmus exchange at the home University and sent to IRO at least three months before students’ arrival. On their arrival in Rome, Erasmus students must bring them:
VISITING STUDENTS
International students from non-partner Universities, who wish to join UCBM for one or two semesters, must apply as visiting students and will be charged tuition.
At the date of application, visiting students must certify to have taken courses, during the last year of study, in the field they are applying for and to be enrolled at the home University during the study abroad period at. They must also certify the confirmation by a professor of UCBM to act as academic supervisor. The application form must be sent to IRO at least three months before students’ arrival.
