The Departmental Faculty of Science and Technology for Sustainable Development and One Health offers a three-year degree course in Food and Human Nutrition Sciences

This Departmental Faculty is characterized by research activities and educational offers aimed at emerging sectors of crucial development for modern society, such as nutrition-health relationship and well-being, the green economy, environmental sustainability, the new frontiers of the smart city and smart agriculture. The technological aspects are harmonized with a modern sensitivity to the normative and regulatory contexts of the man-environment binomial and with an ethical and anthropological study of the phenomena of change, in line with the perspectives of an authentic technological humanism.
