PhD in Food Biotechnology at the Department of Agro-Food, Environmental and Microbiological Sciences and Technologies, University of Molise.

He graduated in Veterinary Sciences at the University of Perugia where he obtained a PhD in "Development, hygiene, healthiness and quality of animal products.
