The initiative, which will see the participation of the prof Marta Bertolaso, Research Unit of Philosophy of Science and Human Development UCBM, And Andrea Pedrazzini, Director of Marketing and Communications for Italy at Cis and Atisale, aims to reformulate nutritional communication strategies for the general public. The goal is to overcome the historical demonization of salt and promote management based on personalization and culture, transforming the "enemy" of diet into a valuable ally for health.
