The Master's Degree Course in Food and Human Nutrition Sciences organizes a seminar on the theme "Animal or vegetable proteins? An evolving balance". The day will be divided into three sessions. The topics addressed will be: "Proteins, recommendations and peculiar aspects in the various phases of life", "Proteins, diet and health", "Food sources of animal and vegetable proteins: lights and shadows".

The course is limited in number and participation entitles you to 5 CME credits for the figures of Surgeon (all disciplines), Biologist, Dietitian and Prevention Technician.
