2017 marks the sixtieth year of the career of Oscar-winning Ennio Morricone, who with his music has made the history of cinema so as to be considered the greatest living film composer in the world. To celebrate the anniversary, the 60 Years of Music World Tour, a world tour that will also delight the Italian public with four appointments: Rome, Lucca, Caserta and Verona.

The proceeds from the concert in Rome will be donated to the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital to support research on stem cells for degenerative diseases of the musculoskeletal system. Maestro Morricone was a patient of the structure in August 2015 when, following a fall, he broke his femur and was successfully operated on by prof. Vincenzo Denaro, emeritus head of Orthopedics and Traumatology.
