An event dedicated to food and its multiple meanings: an element of tradition, an opportunity for health, an artistic and sensorial experience. This is the goal of "De Gustibus: knowledge and flavors in UCBM", the gastronomic competition organized at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma and now in its second edition.
The evening's program includes: a competition between typical gastronomies, a sensory journey between wine and art, seminars on nutrition, tasting of craft beers, a section dedicated to the relationship between food and cinema, a section dedicated to the scents and flavors of Africa.
