Cytometric Evaluation of Circulating Endothelial Cells
Becton Dickinson has recently developed a product dedicated to the evaluation of Circulating Endothelial Cells in human peripheral, cord and marrow blood. This product consists of a freeze-dried combination of markers readable on Flow Cytometry instrumentation that can read at least 6 colors, and was designed and validated during a multi-center study that led to the standardization of the analysis protocol and the generation of values reference in the healthy population. Having recently completed the experimental phase, Becton Dickinson made the product available on the market and organized a day to present the scientific data generated and the product itself.
