UCBM organizes the workshop "In vitro disease models" which is part of the dissemination activities of the technology transfer project ITHACa – Integration of microfluidic devices within high-content screening microscopy systems for cell-on-a-chip applications, funded by theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma as part of the INTESE project (co-financed by the Lazio Region).
The workshop will provide an overview of innovation in the field of in vitro disease models, with particular reference to: microtechnologies for the creation of 3D models in vitro (microfluidics, microfabrication, 3D bioprinting); use of reprogrammed cells (iPS) for disease models; robotic microscopy techniques and high-content screening.
Participation is free, upon registration by email at: [email protected]
