RECIPIENTS

The Master is aimed at graduates and professionals in possession of a second level or four-year or five-year degree, or equivalent qualifications, with preference for the following degree classes:

Class LMG/01 Single-cycle Law; Class LM-63 Public Administration Sciences; Class LM-61 Human Nutrition Sciences; Class LM-69 Agricultural Sciences and Technologies; Class LM-70 Food Science and Technology; Class LM-6 Biology; Class LM-7 Biotechnology; Class LM-73 Forestry and Environmental Sciences and Technologies; Class LM-75 Science and Technology for the Environment and the Territory; Class LM-56 Economics Sciences; Class LM-59 Public, Business and Advertising Communication Sciences; Class LM-77 Economics and Business Sciences.

The Scientific Committee will also be able to admit to the Master candidates in possession of qualifications obtained abroad, provided that they are equivalent to those indicated above, and candidates in possession of equivalent qualifications in classes other than those indicated above.

EDUCATIONAL OBJECTIVES

The proposed training plan, developed taking into account the experience gained in previous initiatives, contains modules aimed at developing specialized legal knowledge in the field of Food Law, with a view to interacting with the scientific and market profiles of agri-food production. Due to its structure, the Master is particularly aimed at promoting the advanced training of those who already work or intend to work in the agro-food chain, in the juridical, commercial and technological area, both in the public and private sectors, with tasks of management and/or consultancy, or with control, verification or certification tasks.

The Master's main objective is to provide participants with specialized legal knowledge, both systematic and operational, in the area of ​​Food Law, through the use of a multidisciplinary approach.

OUTPUT PROFILES

The Master intends to offer young graduates the opportunity to acquire skills and knowledge required by public and private structures operating in the agri-food sector, and to allow professionals in the sector to deepen and update knowledge in the field of food law, including those who practice forensic activity.

The Master offers 150 hours of internship at the following companies/institutions:

SCHOLARSHIPS

The enrollment fees for the Master are determined and must be paid in the amounts and deadlines indicated below:

Graduates who have been graduates for no more than three years with a grade of at least 100/110 who are not in a permanent job at the time of submitting the application for enrolment, can apply for a reduction in the enrollment fee for an amount due equal to € 2.000,00 ( two thousand/00 euros), to be paid in two installments, each of € 1.000,00 (one thousand/00 euros) on the due dates of 15 January 2023 and 31 May 2023.

Public employees pursuant to art. 6 of the Memorandum of Understanding between the Minister for Public Administration and the Roma Tre University of 17.03.2022, benefit from a reduction of the tuition fee to 2.000,00 (two thousand/00) euros, to be paid in two installments , each of €1.000,00 (one thousand/00 euros) at the expiries of 15 January 2023 and 31 May 2023.

Students who have successfully attended postgraduate training courses at universities affiliated with the Master's program in accordance with these regulations will be able to benefit from a reduction (combinable with the previous one) of 700,00 (seven hundred) euros on the tuition fee, reduction which will be applied for €350,00 (three hundred and fifty/00) on the first installment and for €350,00 (three hundred and fifty/00) on the second installment.
