The Master in Food Law uses original teaching modules through the integration of legal and scientific skills and the cooperation between several university institutions and public and private institutions operating in the sector. For years these have already given rise to higher education initiatives in the field of Food Law (for example, the Summer Seminar on Global Food Law and Quality in Pieve Tesino in July 2011; the International Seminars in cooperation between six Italian partner universities and six partner universities of other European countries - IP Erasmus Global Food Law and Quality of 2012, 2013 and 2014; the 2015-2016, 2016-2017 and 2017-2018 editions of the second level Master in Food Law).

Thanks to this consolidated experience and the collaboration of universities and associated institutions, as well as internationally renowned teachers and experts, the Master represents a place of excellence for university teaching and professional training in this area of legal experience.

The course proposes a critical study of the most recent food legislation, in a comparative perspective and with particular attention to the guidelines of jurisprudence and administration.
