Recipients and access requirements
Admission to the Master requires a five-year high school diploma and a first-level degree in one of the following degree classes:
- nursing health professions and midwife health professions (SNT/01);
- rehabilitation health professions (SNT/02);
- technical health professions (SNT/03);
- prevention health professions (SNT/04);
- or equivalent title
Graduating students may also be admitted as long as they fulfill the access requirement within 90 days following the start of the Master's.
Enrollment in the Master is compatible with enrollment in another university course in accordance with the provisions of Law no. 33 of 12/04/2022 and by DM 930 of 29/07/2022.
Educational objectives
At the end of the Master, participants will be able to:
- manage human resources and relationships within interdisciplinary working groups and with respect to innovative organizational methods;
- manage economic and financial resources;
- manage information and communication processes with the use of adequate technology and documentation;
- manage processes, projects and assessments in the context of service coordination;
- manage quality projects in relation to the continuous improvement of services.
Mode of attendance and thematic areas
The Master will be delivered in blended mode: some lessons will be held in live streaming through the University platform, others will be carried out in person at our headquarters.
Lessons will generally be held twice a month, on the following days and times:
- Monday 09.00pm - 18.00pm
- Tuesday 09.00 - 18.00
Classroom and online teaching is organized into the following thematic areas:

3.2. Management of innovation in healthcare - Innovation in healthcare processes
3.3. Innovation management in healthcare - Staff engagement
4. Economic-financial skills
5. Management of innovation in healthcare - Innovation in clinical care pathways
Thematic areas 3.1 and 5 are structured in the form of training courses accessible also by those who do not participate in the Master.
The thematic areas 3.2 and 3.3 are structured in the form of Specialization Courses accessible also by those who do not participate in the Master.
Internship
The internship activity and the realization of specific project works will allow the participants to consolidate and experiment with the theoretical contents explained in the classroom, measuring themselves with clinical-organizational and managerial problems.

Participation fees
The registration fee for the entire Master is €2.100 payable in a single payment or to be divided into 2 installments:
- €1.050 upon enrollment (December 11, 2024)
- €1.050 by 30 September 2025
All payments, including that relating to the admission application, must be made to the bank account shown below.

Discounted rates
Discounted rates are provided for undergraduates and graduates from theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, the employees of the Fondazione Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico and the UCBM Academy Ambassadors.
The amount of each installment is, in this case, €750 each. instead of €1.050 each.
Method of admission
The application for admission to the Master must be submitted by 29th November 2024 using the online procedure available on the website www.unicampus.it/master in the section dedicated to the XI edition of the Master and includes the inclusion of:
- personal data;
- CV
- dichiarasubstitutive certification of the qualification;
- payment of the €60 fee.
The selection will be made through curricular evaluation and oral interviews which will take place on December 4, 2024.
The result of the selections will be communicated to the candidates via email by theUCBM Academy
Title awarded
Participants who complete the entire course will be awarded the title of 80st level University Master in Management for the Coordination of the Health Professions: Technological innovation, leadership and resource management in complex health systems. The recognition of training credits is linked to both regular attendance (compulsory for a total of hours of no less than 100% of the lessons and % of the traineeship activities), and passing the ongoing and final tests.
Participants in individual specialization courses, who will comply with the administrative obligations, will be issued the specialization title relating to the course followed. The acknowledgment of the training credit is linked both to regular attendance (compulsory for a total number of hours of not less than 80% of the lessons), and to passing the final exam, with the dissertation of the appropriate project work.
To the participants of the singFor training courses organized as part of the Master, the appropriate certificate of participation will be issued with the recognition of the relevant CFU and ECM credits.
