A training journey for prevention
Recipients
The course is aimed at all women interested in acquiring knowledge in the field of gynecological prevention, which can benefit from an education path to care for themselves and their bodies.
Educational objectives
The fundamental purpose of this training course is to explore prevention and women's living conditions in order to recognize signs and symptoms of pathologies which, if diagnosed early, can be treated.
Course contents and syllabus
The course will consist of 9 webinars that will be broadcast through the Zoom platform. Each meeting will last 45 minutes and will deal with a different theme, taking us on a real "journey" through a woman's life.
First module
28 September 2022, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "The ovarian cycle: what happens in those days and what the gift of reproduction is"
Second form
26 October 2022, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Menopause: how I recognize it and how I can best deal with it"
Third module
23 November 2022, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Overview of menstrual disorders: causes and solutions"
Fourth module
14 December 2022, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "The gynecological examination and ultrasound: how, when and why"
Fifth form
25 January 2023, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Myths to debunk: endometriosis and menstrual pain"
Sixth form
22 February 2023, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Polycystic ovary and metabolic alterations"
Seventh module
22 March 2023, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Urinary incontinence: prevention and treatment"
Eighth form
19 April 2023, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Uterine tumors: how to recognize and prevent them"
Ninth form
24 May 2023, from 18.30 to 19.15 - "Risk of developing breast and ovarian cancer: genetic predisposition"
