Practical exercise
Participants will attend practical demonstrations and will carry out an intensive exercise on the latest techniques applied to the field of surgical sutures. Thanks to this experience, guided by industry experts, participants will be able to put into practice the knowledge acquired during the lesson by practicing on a simulator.
Recipients
The course is aimed at doctors and nurses and possibly at students of the Degree Course in Medicine and Surgery and Nursing Sciences, for a maximum of 20 participants.
Educational objectives
The course aims to provide basic knowledge on the treatment of wounds and on the main techniques used for surgical sutures.
Didactic structure and thematic areas
The program is divided into 6 hours of lessons which will take place on 15 September 2018 as follows:
- 02:00 pm Lesson "basic materials and techniques"
- 02:00 pm Lesson "basic materials and techniques"
- 02:45 pm Practical exercise
- 16pm Coffee break
- 05:00 pm "Special sutures" lesson
- 05:30 pm Practical exercise
Certificate
All participants will receive a certificate of attendance at the course
