From 27 April to 1 July 2015, the Nursing Department of the Campus Bio-Medico University Hospital and the Post-Graduate Training Service UCBM propose a series of meetings of two hours each for a maximum of 60 participants.

The family caregiver helps and assists the elderly, adults, minors and the disabled. It is a job of personal care and support for daily life activities, it guarantees the satisfaction of primary needs such as nutrition, personal hygiene and cleanliness of the environment. It takes care of the non self-sufficient person, of people who have difficulty carrying out domestic activities and maintaining relationships with the outside world, of family groups in which there is a person in need. In all these cases the family assistant has a function of support and collaboration with the family and with the other socio-medical operators.
