There are three main phases of the project. A first step is dedicated to taking stock of the state of the art of inclusion systems in the various countries as well as an analysis of the specific learning characteristics and needs. This with the aim of building an innovative collaborative platform (second phase) for access to the training material, the contents produced and the support material by the project partners and the interested network. The third and final phase of the project concerns the two individual learning paths: one path aims at training the worker with autism so that they can improve the skills necessary for their employment position; the other path aims to train entrepreneurs in order to understand the potential of the worker with autism and make the workplace a welcoming and comfortable environment for these people as well.
The underlying motivation of the entire study is to support employers in choosing collaborators with this type of disorder, starting from the assumption that the latter are endowed with great skills and talents and their inclusion in the workplace represents an added value. The ultimate goal is therefore not only to offer an occupation but the right occupation.
