4 training pills to always carry good practices with you
April 13, 2021 - "IO, citizen OnLife" continues the educational path organized by theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma (Postgraduate Training Service) and by 'National Association of Deans (ANP), in collaboration with the Cristiana's Smile Foundation, which was attended by 323 students of the III and IV upper classes of the Isacco Newton Scientific High School, the Emilio Sereni Agricultural Technical Institute and the IPSEOA Pellegrino Artusi. A civic education project for schools that provides for the release of PCTO credits.
The project is a cognitive and experiential journey that aims to directly involve the student as an active subject of learning, through interactive teaching. Since February 24 they have been made 5 webinars on issues of health prevention, digital citizenship and food sensitivity. From April instead, students have available 4 training pills, training pills in video format on the topics covered and the best practices learned.
"The Germination of Vaccines" is the title of the first pill online, which will follow:
- the 21 April "Digital citizenship and new addictions"
- the 28 April "drugs? I don't, thank you"
- the 28 April "At the table with our friends"
For the final phase of the project, the students are asked to create a video of about one minute on the concept of citizenship, collaborating in small working groups and being able to take advantage of the support of an expert. The first meeting with the director and filmmaker for the technical-practical indications and guidelines useful for carrying out the work took place on 7 April, while the final tutoring meeting is scheduled for 28 April.
All entries must be submitted by 12 May 2021 to then be evaluated by an internal commission set up ad hoc: the best will be awarded cash prizes for the purchase of training products and services. The winning videos will also be disseminated on communication channels UCBM, ANP and the "Il Smile di Cristiana" Foundation to promote the civic education project at national level, starting for the 2021/2022 school year.
