30th November 2018 - Ensure the best training for young people by supporting merit. It is what has been done by Intesa San Paolo (4 scholarships), Foundation Cattolica Assicurazioni (2 scholarships) e Banca Popolare di Sondrio (1 scholarship) which, through the project "Adopt a student", claim the most deserving students of the University.
On the occasion of the inauguration of the academic year, the representatives of the three bodies were presented by Director General of the University Andrea Rossi, to deliver scholarships to students. In particular, Maria Laura Santucci, of relations with the University and the School of Intesa San Paolo, awarded Martino Convertino of the Degree Course in Industrial Engineering and Angela Cappellani, Nicole Estefana Jachero Acurio and Cosimo Pontassuglia of the Degree Course in Nursing, while Adriano Tomba, general secretary of the Foundation Cattolica Assicurazioni, presented the awards to Federica Busti and Marco Tranchida of the Degree Course in Nursing. He finally was Umberto Catellani, Rome Area Branch Coordinator and Director of the Rome office of Banca Popolare di Sondrio, to reward Sara Fioravanti of the Degree Course in Nursing.
They were then the Deans of the Departmental Faculties of Engineering and Medicine and Surgery, Giulio Iannello e Giorgio Minotti, to award scholarships for the excellence path in Industrial Engineering and prizes to the best students of the 2017-2018 academic year, donated by theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma.
