Creation of a fund for students - 2015-2016 academic year - € 5.000,00

The Campus Bio-Medico Alumni Association has decided to establish a fund equal to €5.000,00 intended for all students enrolled at the University, to support initiatives aimed at improving their university education. 

Recipients

All students enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's Degree course at the University of Milan can apply.Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma. Students enrolled in the last year, as established by the statute, must be up to date with the payment of the membership fee (€20).

Eligible activities

Study, research, apprenticeship and internship activities in Italy and abroad related to the academic path are allowed.

Mobility period and duration

The start of the mobility may also be prior to the start of this selection procedure, provided that it is still ongoing.

Those who intend to compete for the grant, which can reach a maximum of €500,00 per year, until the fund is exhausted, must send the request in paper format (Annex 1) to Campus Bio-Medico Alumni Association, in Via Álvaro del Portillo n. 21, 00128 Rome, by mail or direct delivery no later than 12:00 pm on Thursday 16 July.

The following must be attached to the application form:

  • resume
  • copy of the identity document
  • academic curriculum with all the exams taken and relative evaluation
  • detailed project of the study, research and/or internship activity (specifying: objectives, methodology, expected results, any references)

Reference letters are welcome, up to a maximum of three, and possible invitations abroad. 

Incomplete applications and/or applications sent by e-mail will not be accepted.

Delivery method and timing

The grant assignment will be commensurate with the type of project/traineeship, place and duration. The maximum amount payable, established by the Board of Directors, is €500,00. 50% will be disbursed within 30 days of the start of the project and the other 50% within 30 days of the presentation of the final report of the project and its approval by the Board of Directors of the Alumni Association.

The applications will be evaluated in the 30 days following the presentation of the applications with unquestionable judgment by the Board of Directors of the Campus Bio-Medico Alumni Association which may avail itself of a Commission appointed ad hoc. Suitable candidates will be informed of the result by the secretariat of the association itself.
