The ambit was the main object of the prestigious career of the partner Luciano Pucci.
The selection, carried out on eight projects, has seen excelling Ariadne Carrozzi with a three-year degree thesis in Food Science and Human Nutrition entitled "Health risks arising from food contamination. Effects of glyphosate and control methods".
The paper by the student Arianna Carrozzi is the one that best complied with the selection criteria in terms of relevance to the environmental theme and civil protection, degree of detail, interdisciplinary character and scientific rigor.
In the commission Prof.ssa Marcella Trombetta, full professor of Chemistry at the Faculty of Engineering, Prof. Vittoria Locato, associate of Plant Physiology of the Faculty of Sciences and Technologies for Man and the Environment and prof. Paolo Arullani, Honorary President of the University.
