Speaking of his experience at the helm of Campari, he highlighted the importance of both skills and human training, as the two essential prerequisites for starting a career. He therefore mentioned Sergio Marchionne and Franco Tatò, two very important figures for Italian industry, both graduates in philosophy, precisely to underline the importance of the humanistic dimension in building the future.
