The importance of collaboration between companies and universities

Gismondi underlined the importance of synergy between the world of training and business for support the technological development of industries and respond to the demand for specialist training in each sector, from transport to healthcare, from Food&Beverage to healthcare.
"We must try to bring young talents closer to the disciplines that allow them to develop new algorithms and operational research models. In this way, companies will have new solutions available to evolve their management processes and their market" Gismondi underlined.
