Resident of General Surgery in New York.

Giuseppe Serena, graduated in 2017 in Medicine and Surgery at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, today he is a second-year General Surgery resident at the Nassau University Medical Center New York.

“Years go by and I'm still in contact with the teachers UCBM. During the university years they were always available, ready to guide us and answer our questions”, says Giuseppe who, after graduating, crossed the Atlantic, performing several Surgical Rotations in New York and doing a year's research at the Miami Transplant Institute.
"The training in UCBM it was an education in its entirety: professional, mental, cognitive and even spiritual. It allows you to grow as a person and as a professional and this allows you to experience the world of work as a person of depth".

Giuseppe wishes the younger ones to experience their university career with panache and grit because, even if it may seem tiring, you have to savor every single moment with enthusiasm.
