Through lessons in Geography of Agriculture, Chemistry and Food Technologies, Biochemistry of Nutrition, Hygiene and Food Microbiology, you will be able to acquire the skills necessary for entering, with technical roles, in research and control laboratories of food quality, in the catering professions and in food education programmes. The Degree Course also allows access to Master's Degree Courses in Food and Human Nutrition Sciences e Food Science and Technology and Supply Chain Management.
