"This new Center was created to accompany students, professionals and organizations towards a new work culture, where the human dimension is recognized as a driver of innovation and well-being,” states Rossella Ferreri, responsible UCBM Academy  “In a context where technical skills alone are no longer sufficient, it becomes essential to invest in the quality of relationships, the ability to listen, and the conscious management of emotions. Putting the team at the center also means building a partnership between knowledge, relationships, and emotional awareness, to create work environments where people can grow, express their potential, and contribute authentically to the shared mission. With this Center, we want to offer not just training, but a vision: that of a more humane, more cohesive future of work, capable of generating sustainable value.. "

“The rugby field” he says Martin Castrogiovanni, former pillar of the Italian national rugby team and co-founder of WAO Academy “It taught me that true strength isn't just physical, but also connecting people. When I stopped playing, I felt the need to continue building teams, and team coaching gave me the tools to do so, even off the field. After years spent training and growing in the locker room, I understood that team culture isn't just a sporting strategy; it's a way of living, of working, of building authentic relationships. When I stepped onto the field, I didn't do it just for myself, but for the team. Today, with WAO, we bring that same spirit into organizations.”
