- 4 INPS scholarships to fully cover the participation fee, intended for employees of the Public Administration in service and enrolled in the Unitary Management of credit and social services.
- N. 1 SNA scholarship (National School of Administration) to fully cover the participation fee, intended for personnel belonging to the roles and in service in one of the following Public Administrations:
- Constitutional and constitutional bodies;
- Presidency of the Council of Ministers and Ministries;

- Independent administrative authorities;
- National Institute for Accidents at Work - INAIL;
- National Social Security Institute - INPS;

Access requirements
The Master is aimed at recent graduates and professionals in possession of a degree under the old system, or a specialist or a master's degree. Those who do not possess the required qualification will be able to attend the Master as auditors, provided they have proven professional experience of at least 3 years in roles or functions related to innovation.
The qualification must be possessed by the candidate admitted to attend the Master within 90 days from the date of admission. Students admitted to the Master's who, at the date of admission, do not have said qualification, will be eligible for the Master's as "sub-conditional students to attendance" with possible attribution to the category of auditors if they have not obtained said qualification. study within the specified deadline.
It's possible participation in individual modules of the Master for a number not exceeding 5 participants for each module.

Title awarded
The Master issues the title of "II level University Master in Digital Open Innovation and Entrepreneurship".
Those who attend the Master as auditors will not obtain the qualification and will be issued a certificate of attendance.
Participation in the 6th module of the Master issues the certificate of participation with 23 Contact Hours, necessary for access to the CAPM® certification test, a test that each student can then decide to take independently.
