Opportunities from missions 4 and 6

28 February 2022 - The National Recovery and Resilience Plan (PNRR) aims to leave a precious legacy to future generations by creating more consistent, sustainable and inclusive economic growth, identifying the intervention priorities in 6 Missions. L'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma organized, last December, a meeting on the opportunities and implementation methods of the Missions, with focus on 4 missions "education and research" e 6 "health".
The meeting was attended together with the prof. Eugenio Guglielmelli, Vice Rector for Research UCBM, representatives of the Ministry of University and Research, from the Ministry of Health, from the CNR, Dell 'Istituto Superiore di Sanita and Inail. In particular, the initiatives of component 2 of Mission 4 "from research to business" were presented, which aim to strengthen research and encourage the dissemination of innovative models for basic and applied research conducted in synergy between universities and businesses, support processes for innovation and technology transfer and strengthen research and innovation infrastructures, and the initiatives of mission 6 which focus on the integration of health and social services, on strengthening home care and telemedicine, on promotion of research and innovation.
The initiatives presented in both missions are fully in line with the research and innovation activities carried out by the researchers of the three departmental faculties UCBM.
