Certificate valid in all regions and autonomous provinces of Italy

December 13, 2019 - Advanced knowledge of quality and product certification in agri-food companies, knowledge of international and European legislation and standards, marketing and economics principles, product safety, continuous improvement of performance. These are the requirements that should qualify every specialist working in agri-food and catering. To meet these training needs, theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma proposes the II level Master's Degree in "Applied Nutrition, Food Safety and Quality" come to th edition, which also this year confirms the formula of classroom lessons accompanied by seminars, laboratory exercises, visits to production facilities and training internships.

The Master places among its objectives that of forming the figure of HACCP manager. In particular, the theme is addressed in the module dedicated to "Food Safety", with a cycle of lessons held by Dr. Francesco Maria Bucarelli, specialist in food science and president of fosan (Foundation for the Study of Food and Nutrition). At the end of the Master, in addition to obtaining the diploma, the participant will also be awarded the training certificate "Course for managers of HACCP procedures management", compliant with DGR Lazio 825:2009, recognized as valid in all regions and autonomous provinces of 'Italy.

For participation in the Master there are numerous discounts such as the reduction of the total fee for those who graduated from the partner universities of the project: Campus Bio Medico University of Rome, Roma Tre University, University of Tuscia, University of Rome Tor Vergata. Furthermore, the Campus Bio-Medico University makes available, through Erfo SpA, 2 full coverage scholarships for deserving students who will be identified in the selection phase. Not only that, thanks to the support ofNational Order of Biologists, 10 partial scholarships worth €1.000 each are available.
