10 March, 2022 - On the occasion of the opening day of the XIV edition of Masters in Homeland Security dell 'Università Campus Bio-Medico di Roma, Teo Luzi, General Commander of the Carabinieri Corps, received the "Sine Cura" award conferred for merits achieved in the field of security and intelligence. At the opening of Masters in Homeland Security, which this year too will take place in mixed in-person and remote mode, was attended by the president ofUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma Carlo Tosti and the prof. Roberto Setola, scientific director of the Master, as well as a representation of students.
The appointment was also the occasion for the signing of the agreement between the University and the Arma dei Carabinieri for the promotion of training and orientation curricular internships at the structures and offices of the Carabinieri. One more opportunity for students UCBM to carry out training periods which will simplify professional choices and favor their entry into the world of work. According to a survey carried out in 2021 among all students of previous editions of the Master in Homeland Security, confirmed by the opinion of the scientific committee of the course, the Commander General Teo Luzi was the figure with the most votes. In fourteen years of activity the Master has trained and sent to work over 250 high-value figures today active in the most important Italian industrial realities where they guarantee the safety of the infrastructures and the continuity of services.

In its history theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma has always given space to safety issues, within its degree courses as well as in clinical and food safety, dedicating teaching and scientific research spaces. The Masters in Homeland Security it is divided into teaching activities, training internships and project work for a total of 60 credits (ECTS) and a total of 1500 hours.
