Sponsored by Coni and Figc, it is designed for doctors, physiotherapists and athletic trainers

7 July 2017 - Nutrition, sport and physical well-being: these are the keywords of post-graduate training UCBM of the next few months. Just like the University Hospital, which has been involved for years in education and awareness-raising initiatives on correct lifestyles, the University also offers comprehensive training on subjects such as, for example, the prevention of pathologies such as diabetes and obesity and the treatment and rehabilitation of sports injuries.

Registration is already open for the Masters in Sports Traumatology, which will begin next October. Also sponsored by CONI and FIGC, the training course is aimed at doctors, physiotherapists and athletic trainers, with the aim of providing them with theoretical knowledge and practical skills (live surgery) in the field of prevention and treatment of the main traumas of the athlete.

The program not only includes the different techniques for treating pathologies associated with sports injuries in adults and children, but also explores the topic of metabolism and first aid on the pitch.
