UCBM Academy, Marzotto Venture Accelerator and Cube Labs form the managers of the future
The new is underway Masters in Life Science Venturing Innovation an advanced training course for managers and experts in Life Sciences, designed to foster the development and strengthening of specialist, managerial and entrepreneurial skills to enable processes of collaborative innovation, technology transfer, investments, legal protection of intellectual property, creation and financing of innovative companies with high technological content in the Pharma, Biotech, Medtech fields.
The Master starts on October 20, 2023 and aims to train Life Innovation Manager & Specialist not only able to analyze the organisational, technical and sectoral context of implementation of innovation actions by fully understanding the main enabling technologies within the contexts and production processes of application but also able to coordinate and manage innovation design and change management interventions, through the involvement of the various internal and external stakeholders of the organization, using team management and leadership techniques.
From the annual duration, the Master is divided into 3 macro areas:
- The Big Picture
- Innovation Design and Management
- Venture Building Lab
In particular, within the latter it is possible to experiment with a plurality of tools, methodological experiences and highly specialized contents, aimed at implementing the skills of the venture builder.
The course is aimed at both managers and professionals working in the life science sector and young graduates who wish to receive specialist training on the contents of innovation in the life science sector.

Furthermore, UCBM provides scholarships to cover all or part of the tuition fee for new graduates. INPS provides 3 scholarships to fully cover the participation fee for civil servants enrolled in the unitary management of credit and social services.
