July 25, 2022 - Financed training represents a significant growth opportunity for companies that allows the use of training courses thanks to membership of the Interprofessional funds. It is in this logic that theUniversità Campus Bio-medico di Roma she qualified for Fondimpresa in order to provide companies with a constant alignment of skills through the provision of free courses.
In particular, the recently approved catalog of basic and transversal skills focused on 4 areas of expertise:
- Cyber skills, essential for moving in the field of information security; among these we find cyber security, cyber risk strategy and governance;
- Entrepreneurial skills, fundamental to bring added value to the company, and therefore topics such as Business Innovation Design and Design Thinking, Business Modelling, Entrepreneurial Mindset are addressed;
- Digital skills, with particular reference to Openoffice and Python;
- Personal skills, or skills that fall within the world of soft skills, from problem solving to creative thinking.
With the approval of the catalog it will be possible to structure an ad hoc training plan for companies, to be presented in the time window: September 13, 2022 - September 28, 2022. The training will be funded by the fund and therefore totally free for companies.
If a company has not yet registered with Fondimpresa, a brief description of how to proceed is provided below:
- access the Corporate Report function of the INPS "UNIEMENS" flow;
- select the year, the month of contributions and the INPS registration number;
- choose, within the element relating to Interprofessional Funds, the "Membership" option;
- select the code "FIMA";
- enter the number of employees involved in the 0,30% contribution obligation, with the exception of executives.
