Biography
Stefania Spada is Ergonomics Manager at Enlarged Europe, Wellbeing, Health & Safety in Stellantis and is responsible for defining and developing methods, procedures and tools, such as virtual simulations and physical checks in the Ergonomics laboratory, created and operational in the Mirafiori complex – Turin, focusing on the integration of these tools during the design phases of the workplaces in the process/product in the automotive reality.
Curriculum
Stefania Spada has a degree in Environmental and Territorial Engineering from the Polytechnic of Turin and a Master's degree in Ergonomics from the University of Naples Federico II. She is Eur Erg - European Ergonomist - CREE professional title. She worked for Pirelli, as a Safety and Environment Officer in the Protection and Prevention Service of the Industrial Vehicles production plant in Settimo Torinese. From 2006 to 2007 she worked at the Fiat Research Center, in the Advanced Manufacturing and Materials Department, as a Process Ergonomist with the aim of developing new ergonomic methodologies and applications for production processes. Since 2007 she has been responsible for the Ergonomics Department in Fiat/FCA Italy, now Stellantis Europa.
