Born in Casoria (NA) on 1 June 1961, son of Mariano and Maria Teresa Iazzetta.
Curriculum
Degree in Medicine and Surgery, II Faculty of the University of Naples "Federico II", 110/110 cum laude (1987); Specialization in Diseases of the Cardiovascular Apparatus (1990) at the same University. Fellow of the School of Specialization in "Internal Medicine and Hepatology", University Clinic of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain (1989-1994). PhD in "Clinical Pathophysiology" at the same University of Navarra, Pamplona, Spain (1991-1995). Academic activity, Faculty of Medicine and Surgery of the Campus Bio-Medico University, Rome: - Confirmed University Researcher, in the competitive sector 06/B1 - Internal medicine - macro-sector 06/B - General medical clinic (scientific-disciplinary sector MED/09 - Internal Medicine), from November 1999 to today.
