Prof. Christian Cherubini

Biography

Full Professor of Mathematical Physics at the Departmental Faculty of Sciences and Technologies for Sustainable Development and One Health, Campus Bio-Medico University (UCBM) of Rome, carries out research activities in the fields of the study of non-linearity, mainly oriented towards biophysical systems, and of General Relativity with the production of more than one hundred scientific papers, published both in journals with impact factor and as conference articles and book chapters.

• Since 2007 he has been an unconfirmed University Researcher (confirmed in 2010) in the disciplinary scientific sector FIS/02 (Theoretical Physics, Models and Mathematical Methods), for the Faculty of Engineering, UCBM.

• From 2004 to 2007 he held a research grant at the Faculty of Engineering, UCBM.

•In 2003 he obtained the International Doctorate (PhD) in Physics of Gravitation and Astrophysics established by the Universities of Salerno (Italy), Portsmouth (Great Britain), Zurich (Switzerland), Berlin and Potsdam (Germany). Title conferred in Italy and Great Britain. Thesis Title: "Curvature Perturbation Theory and Teukolsky Master Equations in General Relativity."

• In 2000 he graduated in Physics at the "La Sapienza" University of Rome with a score of 110/110 with a thesis entitled "The physics of black holes revised and developed with symbolic calculation methods: new perspectives in field theory around black holes". Supervisor: Prof. R.Ruffini with the supervision of Dr D.Bini.

•Member of the National Group for Mathematical Physics INDAM-GNFM, area: "relativity and field theory".
