Biography

Full Professor (Full Professor) at theUniversità Campus Bio-Medico di Roma from 1 March 2003.

II level medical director (Director of the Complex Surgery Unit) of the Division of General Surgery at the Campus Bio-Medico University since June 2000.

The research activity and the scientific production concerned various fields of general surgery. In recent years there has been particular attention to minimally invasive surgery and oncological surgery, in particular pancreatic surgery.

In the SCOPUS database (as of 17-11-2022) 202 scientific papers are registered, with 9.052 citations and h-index of 36.
