Projectome
Project objectivesDevelop a high-performance computing infrastructure and the software tools needed to store, manage, process, and visualize neuroscientific data obtained using confocal light sheet microscopy (CLSM). Specifically, the project aims to develop the technology required for the image sizes acquired using this technique, which can easily exceed 1 terabyte per image and are expected to grow further as technological improvements in the entire acquisition process are expected. |
