Uniportal video-assisted thoracic surgery (uni-VATS) in non-intubated patients: new techniques of regional anesthesia: serratus block
Project objectivesTo evaluate whether performing an ultrasound-guided intermediate and superficial cervical plexus block with Ropivacaine 5 mg/ml injection reduces the need for further local anesthetic infiltration during surgery and reduces the incidence of block-related complications such as hoarseness, dysphagia, facial paresis, cough, Horner's syndrome, and upper limb weakness. |
