ISAR-SAFE - Placebo-Controlled Trial of 6 vs. 12 Months Clopidogrel Therapy After Implantation of a Drug-Eluting Stent
Project Objectives
A multicenter, randomized study comparing two antiplatelet strategies after implantation of a drug-eluting stent. In particular, the study compares the safety and efficacy of a 6-month treatment with dual antiplatelet therapy (aspirin and clopidogrel) with conventional 12-months treatment, as required by technical specifications and guidelines.

October, 2011 - January, 2014 (study completed, results presented in November 2014).
