Multicenter, randomized, controlled, phase III, three parallel arm study to determine the efficacy and safety of lenalidomide in combination with dexamethasone (RD) versus lenalidom#3BB6394
Project objectives
Primary objectives:
To evaluate the efficacy of the combination of RD compared with MMR and CPR in elderly patients with newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma
evaluate the efficacy of lenalidomide as maintenance therapy (combined with prednisone) after the induction phase
Secondary objectives:
evaluate the safety of RDa compared with MMR and CPR in patients with newly diagnosed symptomatic multiple myeloma
evaluate the safety of lenalidomide as maintenance therapy after the induction phase
