Monitoring of myelodysplastic syndromes (MDS)

Retrospective study for monitoring myelodysplastic syndromes in adult patients

Project objectives

Primary objectives:

  • Evaluation of clinical and biological characteristics at diagnosis in patients with MDS

  • Evaluation of the clinical course of the disease

  • Overall survival

Secondary objectives:

  • Analysis of the use of antiblastic or supportive therapy in the various centers and correlation with the diagnostic strategy employed

  • Evaluation of the type of treatment and of the therapeutic response in relation to the different WHO and/or IPSS subtypes.
