Project objectives

The aim of the present study was to evaluate the power of the PNPLA rs738409 C>G polymorphism in predicting the risk of NASH cirrhosis in NAFLD patients. This is a case-control study in a well-characterized NAFLD population that include a control group representing the general healthy population.
