Mediolanum account - Top Partnership:

Mediolanum Mortgage

1. Favourable spreads and processing fees equal to those recognised from time to time, during the duration of the Agreement to Customers having the capital requirements and the definitive "Privilege" profile within the scope of the Mediolanum ForYou *** Promotion of the Bank. For the applicable spreads, which depend on capital requirements, the value of the reference parameter, the duration of the mortgage and the LTV (Loan to Value, i.e. the ratio between the amount of the mortgage and the value of the property), please refer to the document "General Information on Real Estate Credit offered to Consumers". In all cases, these concessions will be applied to financing operations with a maximum LTV of 60%. In the presence of RCRT (instalment/income ratio) <=50, these conditions can be recognised up to a maximum LTV of 80%.
2. For subrogation transactions only in the presence of the conditions referred to above in point 1) discounted spreads, equal to those recognized from time to time during the duration of the Agreement to customers having the capital requirements of the profile defined as "Privilege" within the scope of the Mediolanum For You Promotion of the Bank increased or an over spread of 0,30 percentage points per year. In the absence of the conditions referred to above in point 1) discounts on the ordinary price list.

GBSAPRI SpA has signed an agreement with the Ministry of University and Research, also representing the CRUI (Conference of Rectors of Italian Universities), for the creation of an agreement - 20% reserved discount - on the insurance coverage for trips to Italy, trips to Europe, trips to the world made available to the world of universities (MUR employees, their families, teaching and non-teaching staff serving at the Ministry and at Italian Universities).

Membership of the convention is individual and voluntary. To date, employee business trips UCBM are already covered by the company policy.
