Lavinia Polsinelli - enrolled in the three-year degree course in Food Science and Human Nutrition

When I left for Valencia with the Erasmus program, I didn't yet know that it wouldn't be just a study abroad experience, but the beginning of something much bigger.

The first few days were a whirlwind of emotions: a new language, new people, a new university, a city waiting to be discovered!

Valencia soon became familiar with strolls along the Turia, sunsets on the beach, evenings spent in company over paella, sangria, and laughter, and the feeling of freedom and lightheartedness that only such a lively and sunny city can give you.

It was an Erasmus that changed me: it made me more independent, more curious, more open. It gave me international and national friendships, unforgettable moments, and the desire to never stop, so much so that... in the end, I came back, and here I am, sharing my experiences during my second Erasmus in Valencia..
