Enrollment instructions

VISA APPLICATION

Please note that pre-enrolment at the university does not in any way guarantee an appointment at the diplomatic-consular offices for the submission of visa applications.

It should also be noted that, as already stated in the ministerial circular entitled 'Procedures for the entry, stay, enrolment of international students and the related recognition of qualifications for higher education courses in Italy valid for the academic year' 2025-2026') on page 7, the prior acceptance of a candidate by the university does not confer any right to obtain a visa, given that the issuance of study visas is the exclusive responsibility of the individual diplomatic-consular representations.

ENROLLMENT

Following the admission procedure, with reference to Window III and Window IV, the candidates allowed at the Course proceed to enrollment within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the list of those admitted to enrollment, by carrying out the actions indicated below and adhering to the "enrolment instructions" which will be published by the date set for the opening of enrolments on the Admission Procedure web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

  1. create the student's credentials on the University computer system;
  2. with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay € 2.640,00 (two thousand six hundred and forty/00) as the first installment of the single university contribution including the regional tax for the right to study[1];
  3. deliver or send to the Student Secretariat, via fax to the number 06.225411939 or via PEC [email protected], within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the list of those admitted to enrollment:
    • the receipt certifying payment of the first instalment of the single contribution including the regional tax for the right to study (letter b);
    • the registration form duly completed in its entirety and signed;
    • the ofchiarareplacement certificate of achievement of the Higher Secondary Education Diploma with indication of the relevant grade, year and Institute that issued it; for qualifications obtained abroad: foreign qualification accompanied by confirmation of authenticity and with documentation relating to the value;
    • renunciation of studies or authorization to transfer in case of enrollment at another University based on the specific legislation in force.

The candidate admitted to enrollment who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b) and c) within 5 (five) working days from the date of publication of the list of those admitted to enrollment is automatically considered to have withdrawn..

Following the enrolment of the admitted candidates, the suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the order of the list of those admitted to enrollment.

Eligible candidates are informed of the allocation of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the Procedure web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.

In the presence of residual places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice indicates the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions of the list of those admitted to enrollment indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them with the following procedures:

the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 12.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 12.00 pm (CET) on the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods set out in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time.

With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article, under no circumstances will the single contribution paid be refunded.


[1] The amount of the second installment of the single university contribution must be paid by January 23, 2026; the amount of the third installment of the single university contribution must be paid by April 10, 2026. The amounts of the single university contribution are established in the Fees and Contributions Regulation for the academic year 2025/2026, published on the web page https://www.unicampus.it/ammissioni-corsi-di-laurea/tasse-e-contributi/. In the event of discrepancies between this Admission Procedure and that established by the Fees and Contributions Regulation for the academic year 2025/2026, the latter shall prevail.

> ENROLLMENT

Winning candidates of the III call must proceed to enrollment not later than 5 (five) working days after the publication of the merit ranking (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays). To enroll correctly, each candidate has to follow the “enrollment instructions” that will be published on the following website https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:

a) create the student's credentials on the University platform;

b) with the student's credentials, login to the reserved area and pay of € 2.640,00 (two thousand six hundred and forty/00)[1] equal to the amount of the first tuition including the tax for the Right for higher education;

c) send or deliver to Student Services Office by fax to (+39) 225411939 or by certified mail to [email protected] no later than 5 working days after the publication of the merit ranking (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays).
- the payment receipt of the regional tax for the Right to higher education;
- the enrollment form duly completed and signed in all its parts;
- a self-declaration of achievement of the Diploma of Higher Secondary Education with indication of the grade, year and Institute that issued it, with a declaration of value in case of foreign educational qualifications;
- the withdrawal from studies or no impediment to transfer in case of enrollment at another University.

The winning candidate who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the aforementioned points (a), (b) and (c), no later than 5 working days after the publication of the merit ranking (excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Italian public holidays), shall be automatically deemed withdrawn.

Eligible candidates competes for any remaining places (not allocated to winning candidates) in order of the merit ranking.
Notice of remaining places is normally published orn Tuesdays and Fridays (except for Italian holidays). The notice indicates the positions in the merit ranking that are allowed to enroll and the date from which the candidates have to communicate the acceptance of the offered place.

Eligible candidates are allowed to enroll following the steps established by the above-mentioned points a), b) and c), from the 12.00 pm CEST of the date indicated in the public notice and no later than 12.00 pm CEST of the working day after the notice has been published. The eligible candidate who does not complete all the required steps established by points a), b) and c) within the aforementioned deadline is automatically deemed withdrawn.

It is the candidate's own responsibility to check in due time the communications published by University on the website.

With reference to the whole enrollment procedure referred to in this Article 7, no reimbursement of the tuition fee paid shall be made.

[1] The amount of the second installment of the tuition fee must be paid by 23rd January 2026; the amount of the third installation of the tuition fee must be paid by 10th April 2026. In the event of discrepancies between amounts or deadlines of the installations reported in this Procedure and in the provisions of the Regulations for fees and contributions for the 2025/2026 year, published on the website https://www.unicampus.it/ammissioni-corsidi-laurea/tasse-e-contributi/, the second one prevails.
