Academic year 2024/2025

The successful candidates proceed to enroll in the Master's Degree Course from 19 November 2024 and no later than 13.00 pm CET on 21 November 2024 by carrying out the actions indicated below and following the "registration instructions" which will be published by the date defined for the opening of registrations on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/ammissioni-corsi-di-laurea/trasferimenti/:

1. create the student's credentials on the University computer system;
2. with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay the amount of the first installment of the single contribution including the regional tax for the Right to University Education[1];
3. deliver or send to the Student Secretariat - no later than the registration deadlines indicated above – via fax to the number 06.225411939 or via PEC [email protected]:
4. the receipt certifying payment of the first installment of the single contribution and the regional tax for the Right to University Education;
5. the registration form duly completed in its entirety and signed;
6. certification of university career;
7. a copy of the transfer application submitted to the University of origin.

The winning candidate who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b), c) and d) by 13.00 pm on the day November 21, 2024 is automatically considered a renouncer and the remaining vacant positions are made available to suitable candidates according to the ranking order.

Upon completion of the registration of the successful candidates, i suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the ranking order.

Those eligible are informed of the assignment of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the competition web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/ammissioni-corsi-di-laurea/trasferimenti/.

If there are remaining places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice contains the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions in the ranking indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them in the following ways:

the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 12.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 12.00 pm (CET) on the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods set out in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.

It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time. The publication of notices has the value of notification in all respects.

It is the candidate's responsibility to verify the correct delivery or transmission of the documentation required for registration purposes. Any documentation sent via PEC is correctly transmitted only if the candidate sends it within the aforementioned deadlines and receives both the acceptance receipt and the delivery receipt. Notification by PEC is finalized with the receipt of delivery.

With reference to all phases of the enrollment procedure referred to in this article, under no circumstances will the single contribution paid be refunded.

[1] The amount of the first installment of the single university contribution, together with the amounts and deadlines for the payment of the second and third installments of the contribution, is indicated in relation to the year of the course in which the student enrolls in the academic year 2024/ 2025, in the DR 25 March 2024, n. 139, published on the University website at page https://www.unicampus.it/it/tasse-e-contributi. The amount of the regional tax for the Right to Education may vary depending on resolutions of the Lazio Region.
