PHASE-I enrolment is completed by completing – within the aforementioned deadlines – all the actions indicated below and by adhering to the “enrolment instructions” that will be published by the date set for the opening of enrolments on the Admission Procedure web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea:
- create the student's student credentials on the University IT system;
- with the credentials created, access the reserved area and pay € 2.000,00 (two thousand/00) equal to the amount of the first installment of the single university contribution[1];
- deliver or send to the Student Secretariat by fax to 06.225411939 or by PEC [email protected] the receipt certifying the payment of the first installment of the single contribution, referred to in the previous letter b).
Any candidate admitted to enrolment who does not carry out all the operations referred to in the previous letters a), b) and c) within the aforementioned deadlines is automatically considered to have renounced and the remaining vacant places will be made available to suitable candidates according to the order in which the online application for admission is submitted.
Following the enrolment of the admitted candidates, the suitable candidates contribute to the allocation of any remaining places according to the order of the list of those admitted to enrollment. Eligible candidates are informed of the assignment of any remaining places by means of a public notice on the Admission Procedure web page accessible from https://www.unicampus.it/it/info/ammissioni-corsi-laurea.
In the presence of residual places, the publication of the aforementioned notice by the University will normally take place on Tuesdays and Fridays (with the exception of public holidays in Italy). The notice indicates the date from which, in the presence of places, the candidates in the positions of the list of those admitted to enrollment indicated in the same notice proceed to accept the place offered to them with the following procedures:
the suitable assignee of a remaining place has the possibility to enroll with the same methods described above in letters a), b) and c) starting from 12.00 pm (CET) on the day indicated in the public notice and no later than 12.00 pm (CET) on the following working day. An eligible person who does not comply with the aforementioned deadline and the methods set out in letters a), b) and c) is automatically considered to have renounced and will forfeit enrolment.
It is the candidate's responsibility to ensure that notices are published by the University in good time.
[1] The amount of the second installment of the single university contribution must be paid by January 23, 2026; the amount of the third installment of the single university contribution must be paid by April 10, 2026.
The amounts of the single university contribution are established in the Regulations on Fees and Contributions for the academic year 2025/2026, published on the web page https://www.unicampus.it/ammissioni-corsi-di-laurea/tasse-e-contributi/. In the event of discrepancies between this Admission Procedure and what is established by the Fees and Contributions Regulation for the academic year 2025/2026, the latter shall prevail.
